Probably the most familiar and traditional style of training and CPD for professionals. We offer a range of topics which we cover through a hosted event, usually in London or other major city throughout the UK.
These are whole or half day courses, dependent on the topic, and held with small groups of up to 12 delegates. Headteachers, Senior Lead Teams, DSL's, Governors and Admin and Ancillary staff all attend events on topics relevant to their duties and responsibilities.
Small groups ensure at everyone is able to ask questions and get involved in discussions and debate. It also allows time for queries that are specific to their setting. Everyone attending gets a comprehensive pack, lots of resources and a certificate of attendance for them and their setting to record and evidence for inspection if required.
Similar to our facilitated courses and using the same process of delivery, with a specalist trainer leading the course. The difference with these events is that they are commissioned and delivered, usually, to a single setting.
We offer the same range of topics, but we can design a course specifically to the needs of an individual setting. Whether it's providing some guidance with addressing the needs of a particular pupil cohort or there is an issue or training need that would be better exploered with the guidance of a specialist trainer, without the distraction of delagates from other settings with different expectations and learning requirements.
Everyone attending gets a comprehensive pack, lots of resources and a certificate of attendance for them and their setting to record and evidence for inspection if required.
Bespoke training for your team is the key element of this offering from Positive Learning Ltd.

Online training has moved on massively since the early days of computer based training. Gone are the simple, but rather ineffective slide style boxes and monotone narratives.

They are designed to be informative and provide lasting knowledge of a subject, achieved using a combination of video, audio, imagery, quizzes, demonstrations real-life cases, quotes, and real world scenarios.
